Personal data policy

GDPR replaces the current Personal Data Act (25 May 2018) and regulates how personal data may be handled. As the GDPR is strengthened, the requirements regarding the handling of personal data are expanded.

What is the purpose of GDPR?
The purpose of GDPR is to strengthen your personal integrity and especially your right to protection of your personal data. GDPR applies to all companies and organizations within the EU that process personal data. The regulation enters into force on 25 May 2018 and replaces the Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL).

What personal data do we handle?
The personal data that Polyglott handles are First and last name, email address and telephone number.

What do we use the data for?
We handle this data in our computer system to be able to reach you with any offers, campaigns and news. In addition, to have the correct information for the customer when we submit a quote.

How do we handle the data?
We are the data controller and handle your data in accordance with GDPR. This means that we ensure that we have a clear purpose and a legal basis and protect your data in our database. We do not sell or pass on this data to other companies. Only certain employees have access to this data.
As a customer, you have the right to receive information about what data we save on you and that you can request correction or deletion of your data.
